Chris Brossard, CA, President & Director
Chris joined CMLS Financial (which at that time was known as Penmor Investment Services Ltd.) in 2003, most recently holding a senior
executive and ownership position in a private real estate
investment firm. He then assumed the role of President with
CMLS Financial. Chris is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BBA from
Simon Fraser University.

Beverly White, Vice President Mortgage Services
Bev joined CMLS Financial in 2006, most recently holding a senior position with one of Canada's largest diversified commercial mortgage originator/servicers. Bev holds an undergraduate degree from Wilfred Laurier University..

Lorenzo Cocco , Vice President Risk Management
Lorenzo joined the group in 2007 bringing over 20 years experience in both the commercial real estate and corporate lending industries. Prior to joining CMLS Financial, Lorenzo operated in various senior management roles and covered the role of Associate Vice President at a large financial institution in Canada, overseeing a team of over 50 commercial originators/analysts and managing/growing a portfolio of $3 billion in assets. Lorenzo holds his undergraduate from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Heidelberg, Germany.

Ron Kunciak, Director
Ron has over 30 years of experience in the commercial mortgage industry. Ron joined CMLS Financial in 1985 after holding managerial positions with a private sector insurance company and as principal with a mortgage banking firm. Ron is a member of the Real Estate Institute of BC and was formerly a licensed appraiser as administered by the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
David Johnston, Director
David has over 30 years of experience in the commercial mortgage industry. David joined CMLS Financial in 1985 after holding managerial positions with a Schedule I Canadian bank. David has extensive commercial mortgage “work out” experience.
Edward De Marchi, Director
Ed has over 25 years of experience in the commercial mortgage industry. He joined CMLS Financial in 1992. Ed was formerly with the real estate services subsidiary of a major Canadian life insurance company. Ed holds a BComm from the University of British Columbia. He is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of BC.
David Franklin, Director
David joined CMLS Financial in 1995 most recently having worked with private and public sector real estate finance companies. David also held managerial positions with CMHC, Canada’s federal mortgage loan insurance agency. David is a member of the Real Estate Institute of BC and also of Canada. David has 20 years of commercial real estate experience, and in particular extensive CMHC “work out” experience.
